Epic spawners

If i have an epic spawner and i want to level it up, how do I do it? (keeping in mind that i don't have silk)

Basically put a spawner in closer proximity, i had like 5 epic pig spawners clumped close together and they all spawned the pigs in a single stack so it was pretty ok. If you get like spawners that are really high tier and you have a lot of them then I'm pretty sure you could gety your hands on one of those seasonal ranks, silktouch spawner vouchers and maybe even permanent ones. There's one in ah being sold cheaply for only 1.5 billion.
