Enchantment Orb Problem

Pls help , i have a sword with 10 custom enchantments , so i used my enchantment orb on it and its work, but when i tried to combine / put another enchantment its doesnt work, literally the orb said it will exceed the 10 enchantments limit , you can see the swords on these pictures the LOLI FANGS sword who had the enchantment orb, can anyone tell me how to fix this problem , thx and sorry if im bothering anyone
