Suggestion Details:

I would like to suggest to stop selling Elytras on /shop and to make end cities incredibly rare. Right now, its difficult to PVP people within spawn as people elytra away within seconds.

So with this change, only about 10 - 15 or even 25 elytras existing. Sure, people can do the same thing but they'll be crazy to take them off near people, as they lose their elytra.

Furthermore, I also want to suggest a new item: "Anti-Elytra Arrows", with this arrow, players will be unable to fly with their elytra for a select amount of time.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

I agree with this improvement because it is very harder to kill people in /spawn pvp and everybody runs away!
