Efficiency 6 and Fortune 4

I was just wondering how it is possible to get these books/enchants (efficiency 6 , fortune 4 , unbreaking 4 ext.), by combining 2 books of a lower level or are they just from crates or even another way that I am unaware of ?

Hello,

The only way to get enchants above the vanilla max (example; Efficiency 6-7, Unbreaking 4-5 ect) is by GKits or Crates. You are not able to obtain them from combining 2 books.
