Hey everyone I have chosen to post this publicly and not appeal privately because I have not been given the leniency that I deserve. On multiple occasions I have reported players too staff who were cheating/abusing/ban-evading I have shown remorse and respect towards everyone in the staff team I have contacted them non-stop about my concerns and about my unban and on multiple occasions I have been told to stop contacting them in a “kind” attitude.

Staff said that if I show remorse and actually learn from my consequences I will be given a chance to play during christmas I have proof of 5+ staff members saying that and I took them up on their word and I became a upholding member of the community and I kept on doing what I was doing and just kept reporting players and kept reporting chat reports through other players who I was paying money so they can allow me to report it so it would help my case. But staff ignored the reports and they did not respond to those reports I had submitted and they did not even punish the players I had reported.

I have been a member of the Jartex Community for 3+ years now and I have spent well over 1500 euros on this server and although some player might say it’s just a block game grow up I would think otherwise because from what I have been seeing recently is disgusting staff are killing the server day by day over little things, on my ban appeal I was taken up on Doxxing and Ban Evading, just for the record I apologised to the person who I doxxed and they forgave me and we still catch up every now and then.

I believe that I have done my time being banned and I deserve an unban because I have been banned for well over 10 months now and I need everyone’s help because we can all agree that the strictness of staff is killing the server and people who spend THOUSANDS on this server should be treated better!

Reporting members does not make you an upholding community member and wasn't what the staff meant probably. You need to change your attitude and there were reasons why you were banned, that we know obviously. Again, you've taken the wrong approach and ban-evading here. I'd recommend you to contact members of the management team or Rodagave himself if you doubt that staff members are not treating you respectfully.

You mentioned that you paid players so that they could allow you with their chat/gameplay reports, my man this was the a negative point, because this just shows how desperate you were to be considered a upholding member, and reporting doesn't make you one at all. About the money you spent in jartex, so you spent it all to get special donator/rank perks that does not allow you to break rules, so that point just don't make sense.
