Why in not getting the donator rank in forums but I have in the discord channel?
My Gmail is also same for both.
Please help.

After creating a ticket, you just have to wait for a Sr. mod's response.

Though there is no set time for sr mods to reply to a ticket you can expect a response within a week or so in my experience.

•In order to obtain the donator rank within the platforms where we support a role for it, you need to donate to the network by buying something from the store.​

• Once you have completed this you should receive the role everywhere automatically, however if you don't. Please create a support ticket claiming that you have not recieved your roles. Be sure to provide sufficient evidence that you have in fact bought something from the store. Your ticket should be responded to within 7 days MAX.​
