If the iron rank is permanent you can get the donator rank/role
Just dm a sr mod+ staff on discord or forums with a proof of your rank
It may take time tho as they are very slow

Hello CaRPlayZ,

After linking your account you won't get the donator role because the bot is not working.
To get the role you need to DM a Sr.Mod on discord with a screenshot of your rank, it may take time for a response, they're busy staff members.

Try and message a sr. mod on discord, altough by this time I think you already solved your issue.
