Does this always happen?

So I am trying to search my bans in punishments but when I search my username it says:

That happens sometimes to me too. Just reload the page or go back and search again for your name and it should work

S Sujaygopu what you are doing wrong is putting the IGN along with spaces at its front or back.
like if you were to search for IGN "kaivalya " you will get that error however if you search for IGN "kaivalya" you will get my punishment page
You can reload thousand times but it wont be fixed on its own, check for the spaces
