I have used it a few times but I don't know if it does something yet.

when you do /report <username>, staff go and spec that person so thats how it works

Well its in beta as i know but yes it works , As I remember once I need staff help but he was in game so he asked me to /report the cheater so he will spec him later so ig yes it works but its in beta and still getting improved

Oh, I got told that it flags the player with the anti cheat and executes extra checks.
