How can you tell whether it is a mute or a ban from Jartex Discord. Secondly, how long does this last. I have been false banned for Velocity while flying at spawn in Factions but because i'm banned from discord, i cant contact any staffs to help.

You can just submit a unban appeal if you have been banned from JartexNetwork you can do the same thing if you have been banned from the Discord Server too.

Are you banned from just Jartex disord or overall?
If its just jartex discord you can directly add a jr mod+ as a friend to unban you or apply for an unban here:

Correct, as long as you aren't banned from the forums, you can apply for an un-ban on here. If you successfully appeal, you can be both unbanned from the Discord and in game.
