So @Viclyn, SayMaybe and other staff today discussed that we should have a channel ( ex-staff)
And for the other known members who weren't staff you can deny the perms from joining or give each ex-staff a role called (ex-staff)​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

It wouldn't help imo.. but I think this should be implemented soon.​
