Hey there, I purchased dirt from shop. But It didn't add in my inventory, though my money has gone. When I'll get my purchased item?

It could be that you didn't have any money to buy the dirt in the first place or maybe your inventory was full, which lead to the dirt being dropped out of your inventory. If you're still facing the same issue, report it as a bug, as mentioned by Qubow , or contact one of the staff members to help you (Type /staff in-game to view current online staff members).
