Hi, M MoonLights33 As stated above please fill out The Paymer issue form to let Owners know that you haven't received your rank or the item you purchased from the store yet. But did you wait for 10-15 minutes? If so and still didn't receive the rank then make a ticket and follow these tips stated below and co-operate with staff members.
Some tips For future purchase
- Keep in Mind to always know what you are buying, sometimes people can buy something else instead of what they want and which cannot be refunded since after payment your item/rank is permanent
- don't charge back, it will get you banned from the whole Mc server and I would suggest reading the Information provided on the first page of the store so you don't miss anything important.
- Do not Bug or Disturb staff members they have nothing to do with your payment issue and would suggest not to bug owners as well as they are very busy handling other payment issues and inquiries.
