Solved Lobby Did They Move the Server away from Asia?

Back at the Halloween Update, i had Good Connection (225ms) i had a good time, everything is full of Cupcakes and Rainbows, then BAM! all the Halloween Decorations is gone. still having a Great Time, and then the Hub Update Happened. The Connection went from 225 to 1145, i checked my router everything is in good condition but the problem is still occuring, i restarted it and the problem is still occuring. sometimes i get 0ms and i can Stop time, Everyone is Frozen in place while i can move then sometime later i get rubber banded, my freedom gets taken away then im stuck there, waiting to get Disconnected.

Did they move the Server Farther making my Connection worse? or is It Just my Wifi? i need some other people from Asia to Confirm if they are having this problem too.
