did not get item on premium pass player level 44 and 45

hi i just finished my player level 44 and 45 but did not get my premium pass rewards a miner class and enchants class container and i have no recording of it cuz im not aa streamer so i don't record every thing i do

Maybe the next guy will record and then they will see that i reported the same thing and will give me my rewards

It is a KNOWN issue as I have been told as there have been so many reports about this (Along with many other issues/bugs). Hopefully given time it will be fixed as soon as they can.

It sounds like you've hit a problem with not receiving your premium pass rewards after reaching levels 44 and 45. Since you don’t have recordings, it may be a bit trickier, but you can still reach out to the support team for the game or server you're playing on.

Well you can't record when you don't know what's going to happen. So that's just funny to even think. But everyone says that I have to put it into a bug report to get the items. It is a known bug on the server by everyone so just whenever y'all get it fixed the people who have already gone past that since it's never works and state one would need those recompensated to them.. specifically on the vouchers.
