• However, I love the idea of having a chat color for Diamond rank, but it can result in fewer people buying Crystal, because Crystal rank comes with an exclusive pink chat color.

However it's a good idea but it will ruin the rarity of one of the crystal rank perk because it's rare and only comes in crystal rank which attracts players but, the idea is good anyway.

After reviewing your suggestion I've decided to stay neutral.
This decision's been made due to the following reasons.

• Even though I do agree on that Diamond ranks might need a little more way to stand out I still believe that if chat colours for Diamond ranks were applied, Crystal buyers would decrease drastically.

Giving Diamond rank users more permissions means you'd have to account for Crystal rank otherwise people may not purchase it anymore. It is a small change, but it only takes one small thing to decide on the purchasing factor. Neutral.
