Delete Link messages​

Suggestion Details:

There have been very random links sent through Jartex Network Forum, like "get a honey man" so I suggest to make a filter, that does not allow you to send links unless you have a specified role ( This Filter shouldn't effect tickets in Report Section ).​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

It helps to avoid random links where people get on and get scammed or hacked while it helps to get the database clean without scam links or like that.​

The idea is great to prevent scams, but blocking everyone from sending links is also terrible; instead, blocking links with certain keywords will be better anyways -1 downvote
