Creative leaderboard system+rewards​

Description:

Basically, making a leaderboard system in creative will motivate other people to do good builds for rewards they will get, also utilising the plot rating system. An example of how it will work:
Points : (1.1(<number of votes>)×<plot rating>)÷2

Eg:
1.testuser01-8264 points
2.testuser02-8111 points​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

As i said earlier, this will motivate players to do good builds when rewards are implemented into the leaderboard system, making the server have more great builds, while letting most players do their best in building and attracting better builders to the server.​

Extra Information:

I highly recommend this suggestion to be accepted as it will help the creative server and the community, allowing people to give in their best shot in building.​

I like the idea of having a system like this in Creative, but here's the issue:
-Some people in Creative loves to troll and rate people's plot to 1 without any further reason.
* Making it unfair to people who got their rating so low just because of the trollers.

Instead, it would be better if the staff team or the higher staffs will come to see and rate them monthly.
* but also, some bias/favoritism might happen so idk lol.
