Crazy Staff!

Hello guys I am a new player and I am just wondering why staff are currently going crazy! Some staff are making up their own rules for example a 3 day ban for a punishment that is normally a 1 day mute? Or threatening people with a perm ban for simple spam! I am just wondering what is going on with the server for staff to be on a complete power trip and completely ruining my experience on jartex network. Have good are days!
