Cost for Mining Spawners

Description:
Essentially, while factions are being raided, the members of the said faction are able to mine spawners which prevents the faction raiding them to obtain them. This ruins the whole point of the "raiding" aspect of factions which was designed to either take the other factions value and spawners. If you can not take another faction's value then it just turns into skyblock. The resolution for this problem is to add an expense to mining spawners. My idea is that you add a when you want to mine a spawner, it costs 20% of that spawner's value to mine it. (ex. if you have a chicken spawner worth 40k it would cost 8k to mine it). This would make it so if the people do decide to mine spawners, they are still losing value regardless.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?
It will make Jartex Factions more like actual factions than skyblock.

This would make factions a lot more fun & competitive because factions that mine right before grace ends would still lose some. Very good idea!
