What is the suggestion about?

Cooldown while submitting applications / suggestions / any sorts of forms.​

Description:

Basically, there should be a submission cooldown just like we have it on a comment cooldown.
A 2 minute cooldown would seem fine.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

If you click on "Submit Application" or something else accordingly, the forums waits for 3-4 seconds to register the suggestion / form and you can actually double click on Submit to submit more than 1 form at the same time which just seems a confusion and time waste for staff members to sort multiple threads.​

Neutral , there is one problem, when I want to report 20 hackers (like what i am going to do after few hours) , so I have to wait for 40min just to do all this reports ?
I mean , I am reporting all hackers i meet in my day with one single time , which means I have to wait at least 20 min just to finish all these reports .
