Clan member Join and leave Notification in chat​

Suggestion Details:

Chat notifications regarding when your clan member leaves and joins the server Just like the notification we get when a person in our friend list leaves and joins the server.

When you play on the server and you want to grind with your clan mates in minigames but no one is online so you just wait for them while playing some games ...here clan notifications play a useful role as it lets you know in the chat when your clan mate has joined I or left the server​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

Adds into jartex functionality and makes it more member friendly​
