Does medal drop FPS while rec?

when i had shit laptop it was droping my fps sooo much even xbox gaming bar was better. but when i bought new 1 i didnt even try to use medal since nvidia shadowplay is best

I heard that it kills the fps, I'm using Game Bar.

In built NVDIA recorder for recording and sometimes OBS for screen recording
Microsoft Photos for Clipping and Merging
Youtube for publishing
Jartex forums for reporting
