What is the suggestion about?

Chat Cooldown​

Description:

Chat cool-down, although sometimes annoying, is one of the most efficient ways to prevent spam from trolls and rulebreakers. After the development team removed the chat cool-down from every gamemode's chat, we all noticed how messed up and abused the chat became.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

Chat cool-down will calm spammers down and will decrease and sometimes completely prevent the violation of rules. It will be easier for us to see chat and enjoy times without annoying spam.​

Extra Information:

The chat cool-down existed before, and it was about 4 seconds. Perhaps people were annoyed by that long time so it got removed.
You can:
- Add it back and decrease the duration.
- Add a new way to prevent spam - such as anti spam to prevent repeated messages - instead of just removing chat cool-down and leaving the chat with zero protection.

I feel like automatic kicking is a much better system, people who spam should be kicked from the server regardless of rank
