Can't talk into Global Chat?

Whenever I try to talk into the global chat, it says "Cannot send chat message"
I can whisper to people (at least in skyblocks fantasy), but like in bedwars, I can't talk to my teammates. I checked on the punishments list and I have not received any bans or mutes. (it's been a while since I've played on this server if that means anything?)

I don't know if this is a bug or what so please help me

Go to settings then chat settings make you will find Chat: Commands Only/Hidden click on it until it says Chat Shown I think thats it
