BedWars Can't play bedwars

Hi guys. I am new to this server and I really like your bedwars. Today I played against a cheater. I am pretty sure he has reach and autoclicker at least. His name is something like Skakalakalakalaka or something like this. When he killed the server froze for me and than I could join the server for like 5 minutes. I can connect now but when I click bedwars it says in chat: a database error occured whilst loading permission data, try again later. Please help.

I have faced this problem before , try to restart your router or change your username to something else , it will be fixed then back to ur original username
