Solved Other Cannot login/register to the server D: [SOLVED]

I've been trying for weeks now to login to Jartex, but each time I try it says I've already been registered. This can't be true because I'm positive I haven't played this server yet and I've already submitted three password reset requests and each time they claim I haven't been on the server with this IP. I'm not sure what to do at this point because if MY ip isn't valid then I'm not sure how I'm supposed to claim MY account.
