Can I use hyperium fps boost client on jartex network?

So I was thinking that since i'm from the Philippines and not America which slows down my gameplay. I have decided to use hyperium fps booster client to play smoothly. I used it on my second account cuz I am scared that I might get banned from using it especially when I used hyperium on my main account. So it's a yes or no situation in here. So the simple question is, is hyperium allowed? I am not using any hacks thingy, just keystrokes and the fps boost. Pls, I want to play it on my main account. I played hyperium on my second account just in case so my main can't be banned and I am not banned still so is it a ok sign that I used it on my main?
