You can have upto 5 accounts but you can't use them for evading of anysort

Although am not completely sure whether you can use it to grow drugs in your cell as it may count as alt boosting (which is a serious offence)

There's no harm in AFK-ing as you're not really breaking a rule thought i advise you make sure that the alt doesn't belong to someone else

You may use 2 accounts as long as one of them is not banned muted ect. (Ban evading is against rules)
