Build Event

So as of the recent creative update I think the community should have another Build Event and with the addition of it being in 1.15 we know there will be better builds with the use of the new blocks.

Everything will be the same but of course changing theme.

The Event should be held monthly as stated in the Build Event however we haven't had this for a while so I'm suggesting this also.
