If you encounter any bug/glitch in the server feel free to submit a bug report at: https://jartexnetwork.com/bug-reports/ how ever the developers are already aware of this bug and i with many more already reported it.

If you encounter anny issue you can submit a msg at: https://jartexnetwork.com/forums/community-assistance.90/

If you want you can also dm any staff member too so they inform developers more directly but it would be preferable to contact through a report.

Make sure you present some evidence ( screen shot or video ) if possible to get it so they can understand the bug better.

prob the servers side is running out of storage or its just spigot and developers are prob already know

when installing mc u have to install java.
now to fix this

1. Go to the search bar on the Windows Task Bar, usually at the bottom of your screen, and type in “Control Panel” and click on the entry that pops up.
2. Find a section with a header “Programs” and click on that header.
3. On the following screen you should see an icon for “Java”. Click on the header. We have marked the Java header and icon in red in the below graphic.
4. You should now have a small pop up labeled “Java Control Panel”. In it switch to the “Advanced” tab and start scrolling down until you see a section labeled “Advanced Securrity Settings”. We have marked this section in red in the graphic above.
5. Here you will find an option for “Enable the operating system’s restricted environment (native sandbox)”. Make sure it is checkmarked, then click “Apply” and then click “OK”.
6. It is very important that you now restart your computer, so that the changes can take effect.
