Bought the /nick command and used it, but didnt seem to get the permission.

I bought a redeem voucher on the ah for 600,000. I redeemed the voucher and it said I had redeemed it. It then took it out of my inventory, I then typed in /nick and it said I didn't have the permission to do that. I have the screenshot as evidence.
