Bought king kit voucher but got none of the items?

So i bought a king kit voucher in survival Off of AuctionHouse and i tried to redeem it, which led to my money and the kit being gone but me not recieving any of the items? please help

If you want you can also dm any staff member too so they inform developers more directly but it would be preferable to contact through a report.

Make sure you present some evidence ( screen shot or video ) if possible to get it so they can understand the bug better, altho i dont think you really have proof of it since what are the ods that you recorded that happening..

i know couse i buyed once and i didnt get any items too,when u get from /kit u get items when u buy from random person u dont know what u buy,i mean tbh we all know who play survival that there is alot of duping going on
