Suggestion Details:

Allow Moderators to do password resets as well as Jr.Mods​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

It woud help players that are facing this problem alot as there would be much less waiting time and it woud make the whole community happier. Thanks​

Unfortunately,
I don't think this is something the community has to worry about, Sr.Mod+ have certain perms that lower staff-members may have not.
Plus only the management can decide this.

After reviewing your suggestion i decided to down vote it (-1) for the folowing reasons:

- only sr.mods+ can make password resets since they are trusted staff already in the staff team so only them can handle so many personal information about people.

-1 No reason to do this, the Sr. Mods are handling password requests fine. Why not give perm for trials as well to manage password requests.

• Password resets are only and must be handled by Sr.Mods and above since it requires access to their granted permissions (like checking IP histories and further accounts/alts)
