I'm using "Cobalt x16", personally I think it's one of the best pvp textures ever made for 1.8.9, I use it on jartexnetwork skywars gamemode.

That's your opinion, anyway I think that it's good to change texture pack often, to have a better in-game experience (to make it look like another game)

default i got 120 fps and loosing every game. Bombies 16x get 600 fps average and over 16x packs

there are many but galexy is good for texture and walifault is good for sky of morning

there is no best texture pack since it is an opinion based question. I personally use midnight 16x the most.
