I think it is true, becuz auto block hack makes u take less damage. Don't ask me how I know that

So, I recommend W tap + block hit. That's what I do. Btw, block hit reduces kb taken, speed and damage taken.

Blockhits do reduce damage if timed properly from my experience ingame, but the movement disadvantage is major with jartex pvp.
