I think it would be very usefull if you were be able to join a game just for specating, so you can for example record someone who is hacking way better then for you to ruin your stats because someone elso needs to break your bed and kill you before you can spectate.​

How could this help to improve JartexNetwork?:

This will make reporting of hackers wayyy easier because you could just join a match and record the specified person.​

Is there anything else we should know?:

Now you can use /find [name] and it will show you what server the person is on, it would be usefull so you can do /spectate [player] or /spectate [server] for example.​
