hello , can any staff tell me why I am banned from JartexNetwork Discord server?

As i said how can i talk to staff if i can not dm them , also this is not allowed whatever the case is

I can't dm the cause I don't share friends or mutual servers with them , so the only way to get help is by doing this here and wait them to answer, my case is simple , why I am banned ? And who banned me ? , I am sure 100% that i have not break rules of server and I am pretty sure that it is false or someone does it on purpose for some reason , I just want to know if I have done any thing wrong or it is false ban ?
