hello , can any staff tell me why I am banned from JartexNetwork Discord server?

I can not rejoin , it says "you are banned so you can't join or interact " ,

Either you have or had violated the discord terms of service or you were banned for breaking the jartex network discord rules. bans are not usually permanent .

I dmed a staff member and he said there wasn't a reason for your ban so you haven't done anything wrong.

Thanks , really appreciate your help , is there a way to know who banned me and how can I back ?, I am pretty sure I have not break the rules as I want to apply for staff and really care about my actions

I can't dm the cause I don't share friends or mutual servers with them , so the only way to get help is by doing this here and wait them to answer, my case is simple , why I am banned ? And who banned me ? , I am sure 100% that i have not break rules of server and I am pretty sure that it is false or someone does it on purpose for some reason , I just want to know if I have done any thing wrong or it is false ban ?
