BedWars banned for no reason

my brother found out how to hack( username is AbrisamWalker10 ) and used it in the jartex server then later he got banned which made my account banned( my username in mc is AbrisamMC ) in jartex

in my opinion i think the only reason why my account got affected is bc my brother has used my account in my pc so it probably saw my mc account as an alt.

i tried asking an staff in discord( discord name is hakim251#3973 ) and he didnt believe me at all

please someone help me i cant play in jartex anymore
