First of all when you want to report a hacker/rulebreaker you should report here ; https://goo.gl/qV6rrk. not in this section 100%
So staff cant punish/ban that player for hacking unless they dont have proof , so please next time record then report on the link i gave u ^
plus you can already report them for an inappropriate name.
