Can a 30 day ban be reduced after an appeal ?

Dear Jartex Staff ,

I hope you are having an amazing time . I recently got banned permanently for using X-ray in the Jartex survival server . See I am gonna be completely honest with you , I did use X-ray , however , I havent read the terms and conditions of the server and wasnt aware that this modification would result in a permanent ban . I have used X-ray in number of Servers like Herobrine and Terra and didnt see any problems and thought that would be the same with Jartex . I am extremely petrified by my actions and hope that the server admins will give me a fairer sentence as I wasnt aware of the results of my actions and hope that you will let me continue in this beloved server
