Solved Global Ban for having same ip as someone who is no longer banned?

My friend got banned because she logged in with same ip as her sister while her sister was banned. She appealed but got denied. Its not her fault that her sister broke the rules, what can she do to get unbanned? (her sister isn't even banned anymore)

It would appear that your friend ban evaded while her sister was temporarily IP-banned, that's why your friend is now permanently banned for ban evading.

Your friend has two options:

● Appeal her ban
● Directly buy an unban from our store
