Ban Appeal

Hello, so about 9 months ago I got banned on the server for "Disallowed mods found in ss" and I made a ban appeal and it got denied for "You don't have permission to appeal again", I didn't understand because I only appealed 4 times and the 5th time I appealed was the last time I could appeal, so why did it get denied for that reason? I tried contacting staff members but none of them replied, if someone knows, let me know.

I did, no answer was given to me and no reply.
