1) Jartex Asia Proxy?
- There is no AS proxy.
Anti-bot filter / (!) Login Denied
This is by far the most common issue in Assistance chat.
Example: (from Yanique1's thread)
If someone is facing this issue, ask them to send a fullscreen screenshot
Taskbar must be included
Example of such a screenshot :
Once they have sent a screenshot, Make sure they're not using a vpn by either asking about it or by looking at the taskbar in the screenshot.
If they are using a vpn, tell them to turn it off.
If not, then ping a Helper+ and ask them to whitelist. /* depending on who is online at the time */
Banned
When a user says he/she is banned, Ask them to send a screenshot of the ban page as some people easily mistake The Antibot Filter as a ban.
You Must be able to distinguish between a Manual and AutoBan
Ban duration is Extremely important.
Most Common Ban Durations and what to do:
10 Minute ban : Most likely from high ping, tell them to wait it out.
1 hour ban : Likely due to high ping, tell them to wait it out
24 Hour ban : Instruct the user to message an online staff member with 'Team Screenshare' Role
- These are the Common Console/Anticheat ban durations
DO NOT INSTRUCT THEM TO APPEAL FOR THESE BAN DURATIONS.
Manual / Staff Bans.
Any ban longer than 1 day is usually from a staff member. Instruct the user to appeal here

If a Player says they have been banned ( sometimes without ever joining the server ) You Should ask for their IGN/Username to check their punishments here: https://jartexnetwork.com/bans/
Example Situation:
Player1: Hello, I have been banned but I did nothing wrong!
You : What Is your ign?
Player1: Pop_out
You : Could you provide a screenshot of the ban page?
Player1 :
/* Check Player Pop_out's punishment history https://jartexnetwork.com/bans/search/pop_out/ */
If there is no active ban for the player or if the ban reason does not match then its an ip conflict.
Instruct the Player to restart his router and if that does not work, ping a staff member and tell them to open a support ticket for the Player ( Any Rank )
User Already Registered/ Incorrect Username
This is an Issue with Most Cracked / Offline Mode servers
Here , The Username Sickomode1 is already registered on the server but someone tries to join with the username 'SickoMode1' | Capitalization of m
Premium or cracked, Instruct the user to join with another Username.
