I think its just an anvil glitch, or just some special perks donator's get.

you need to combine a mending book with the book that you want and place it on youre armor

I'd recommend not using any bugs

its not a bug its a custom plugin that the server has that you can combine books and put them into your armor

It's not a bug and it's not punishable I'm using this trick in many servers and it's not a plugin

It's a plug in since this doesn't exist on vanilla minecraft but yes it is not s bug
