In skywars there are advantage for donator, for
Iron rank - iron kit ( armor) ( protection 1 )
Gold Rank - iron kit ( armor) ( Protection 2 )
Diamond Rank - Diamond kit ( armor) ( idk the protection)

Yeah, it's advantage to the players who has diamond rank or crystal, because if you choose normal mode, then if the player uses diamond kit, then your done!

skywars is the most p2w gamemode-

dia kit (full p3 iron, s3 dia axe) you can counter this by using healer
talents - players can purchase talents with coins, but donators get a coin multiplier

but a dia kit with max talents is usually easy to beat without a kit, 99% of skywars players are clueless

As other people mentioned, Skywars is a more P2W Gamemode on this server, that's why I'd like to focus on Bedwars a bit.
I think Bedwars isn't really P2W on Jartex, as I think the only real advantage Donators get is a Coin Multiplier which helps them get Talents faster.
Other than that it's pretty balanced
