Denied KitPvP Archer Set Bonus and Archer Tag

What is the suggestion about?

Archer Set Bonus and Archer Tag​

Description:

As we all know that there are 3 kitpvp kits, Knight, Axe and Archer (Don't know if these are the correct names but you got me)
This suggestion is about making Archer a special set.
1) As you already take a lot of damage in Archer set, it would be great if they added Resistance 2 (Unlimited) while you have an archer set equipped.

2) Archer Tags : This means that if you shoot a player with a bow and arrow, it tags them for 10 seconds with the "Archer Mark" or "Archer Tag".
This will make them take 10% more damage by all players.
(!) This tag can only be given if you are in an archer kit, shooting a player with a bow & arrow when you're in Diamond gear won't make them attain to Archer Tag! (!)​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

This will make the archer kit more alive and will help dealing more damage as an archer as the bow doesn't really deal much damage.​

Extra Information:

Make it such that you can only get the effects if you have a leather set equipped, people equip archer set which gives you permanent Speed 3, switch their sets with Diamond Set and they still get Permanent Speed 3 till they die which is unfair as the normal kit has Speed 2 potions.​

Neutral, I like the archer tag suggestion, however the resistance 2 effect is unnecessary as you would just get archers bow spamming all the time without you being able to kill them easily, archers are made weak because they have bows and run faster.

but when they do no damage then why should you be able to kill them easily? so either buff the archer bow or add permanent resistance to the archer kit

Archers do actually quite a lot of damage when the bow is fully pulled back to other new players in p1, combined with their extra speed, it means they have the advantage, yes maybe they could need some tweaking but I disagree with this post.
