Appeal no reply

My brother and I were playing mc and he accidentally used my banned account to play even I forgot about that account
And now I'm banned in my main account swell as others
After I appealed staff responded to it but did not accept it nor denied it
And kept me waiting
If any staff could refer to my appeal would be appreciated

Appeals could take a bit longer since only higher staff work with them, and there are a lot of appeals. I would just be patient and wait for a staff member to look into it!
