Appeal denied for wrong reason

I sent an appeal because I am perm banned in my accounts because of ban invasion
And my appeal got denied saying that I was dishonest
The matter of fact is that I have not ban evaded using an account named
MinusDareDaunAl
And that's what's on the appeal
And also the day before I got banned my brother and I did play on my phone through my account and we didn't know it was a banned account . Also the account was banned 4 years ago with the name of
.MinusDareDuan with is a different username
I am really confused about this denied appeal and it's stressful
